GRUP TEHNO-DINAMIC SRL respects the privacy of Piriu’Morii visitors and guests. This policy explains what personal data we process in connection with the use of our website, enquiries and services.

We process personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and applicable national legislation, including the rules on electronic communications.

You can browse public pages without completing a form or signing in. However, accessing the website involves the processing of some technical data. IP addresses and online identifiers may constitute personal data.

Depending on how you interact with us, we may process the following categories of data:

• Contact details: your name, email address and telephone number, when you provide them to us.
• Enquiry details: your message and the information needed to respond.

Data comes from you, from your interactions with the website or, when you book through an intermediary, from the booking platform, limited to the information shared for managing your reservation.

Please do not include sensitive information or copies of identity documents in your messages unless these are necessary and have been requested.

Our legitimate interests include handling correspondence, protecting our infrastructure and, where necessary, establishing, exercising or defending legal claims.

Submitting the contact form does not constitute consent to advertising messages. Any marketing communication requires a separate legal basis.

4. Cookies and external services

The website uses Acord GDPR to manage choices within the “Necessary”, “Preferences” and “Statistics” categories.

Google Maps

The map on the Contact page is provided by Google Ireland Limited and loads after you consent to this service. Loading the map connects your browser to Google’s infrastructure.

Cloudflare Turnstile

The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to protect against automated messages and abuse. It is activated after you consent to the service and may process technical information needed for verification.

Google Analytics 4

With your consent, Google Analytics 4 is used to obtain website usage statistics. The service may process online identifiers, information about visited pages and interactions with them.

You can change or withdraw your consent using the “Cookies” button. The cookies used and their durations are described on this website’s “Cookie Policy” page.

5. Who may receive your data

Depending on the purpose, data may be accessible to authorised staff and providers of hosting, email, technical maintenance, accounting or other services necessary for our activities.

Providers receive access only as needed to deliver their services. Data may be disclosed to authorities where required by law or in response to a lawful request.

Google and Cloudflare process data according to the roles and terms applicable to each service. We do not sell your personal data.

6. International transfers

Using Google and Cloudflare services may involve processing data outside the European Economic Area. Transfers must rely on the mechanisms provided by the GDPR, such as an applicable adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses and any necessary safeguards.

7. How long we keep data

Retention depends on the purpose of processing and the applicable obligations:

• Enquiries and correspondence: until the enquiry is resolved and afterwards only as necessary for follow-up or to document the responses provided.
• Bookings and contracts: during our relationship and subsequently within the limits of legal obligations and applicable periods for potential claims.
• Tax documents and mandatory records: for the period required by applicable law.
• Technical logs: for the period needed for diagnostics and security, according to the infrastructure configuration. Records relevant to an incident may be retained until it is resolved.
• Cookies: according to the durations stated in the Cookie Policy and the choices you make.

A cookie’s expiry does not automatically delete data already processed in a provider’s systems. That data is subject to the retention rules of the relevant service.

8. Your rights

Subject to the conditions of the GDPR, you can request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, where applicable.

You can object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation. You can object to direct marketing at any time.

You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. You also have rights concerning decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects, under the GDPR.

9. Exercising your rights

Send your request to office@piriumorii.ro, specifying the right you wish to exercise and the relevant information. If we have reasonable doubts about your identity, we may request proportionate additional information.

We normally respond within one month. This period may be extended by two months under the conditions of the GDPR, with notification within the first month. Requests are generally free of charge, subject to the exceptions provided by law.

10. Complaints

You can lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP). Information and the complaints procedure are available on the authority’s website. You may also seek a remedy before the competent courts.

11. Providing your data

Information needed to answer an enquiry or manage a booking is requested for that purpose. If you do not provide it, we may be unable to respond or deliver the requested service. Required fields are marked in the forms.

Rejecting statistics does not prevent browsing. Rejecting Google Maps prevents the map from being displayed, while rejecting Turnstile affects form submission. Contact by email remains available.

12. Protecting your data

We protect data through technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risks, including restricting access to authorised people. No method of electronic transmission or storage can guarantee absolute security.

We update this policy when our processing activities or applicable requirements change. The latest update date appears at the beginning of this page.
