Welcome!
Guest arrival and accommodation.
18:00 – Welcoming guests with traditional “poale-n brâu” pies.
Buffet dinner with traditional smoked-house dishes, cold and hot dishes, fasting and non-fasting options. The detailed menu is provided to guests.
08:00 – 11:00 Organic breakfast – buffet.
Depending on weather conditions, optional activities are detailed at the end of the offer.
15:00 – In the afternoon, by the warmth of the fireplace, we decorate the CHRISTMAS tree.
18:00 Traditional Christmas Eve dinner with a variety of dishes: stuffed cabbage rolls, aspic dishes, Bucovina-style tochitura, pies, fasting dishes and more – buffet.
Santa Claus is coming!
Folklore program featuring Christmas carols and traditional customs performed by a local ensemble.
08:00 – 11:00 Organic breakfast – buffet.
Participation in the Christmas service at Humor Monastery.
15:00 – Traditional Christmas festive meal.

Traditional Dishes
The main dishes include traditional Bucovinian specialties: pork and ram dishes, game, Bucovina-style tochitura, porcini mushrooms with sour cream and chicken breast, turkey, stuffed cabbage rolls prepared in clay pots, “pomana porcului”, assorted pickles, salads and traditional Bucovinian desserts, all prepared in our own kitchen.
Dietary or vegetarian menus are available upon request.
Drinks include still and sparkling mineral water, tea and coffee, as well as traditional local alcoholic beverages such as țuică, house wine and blueberry liqueur. These are included during festive meals and the meals specified in the program: breakfast, lunch or dinner.
