29 December 2026 – Arrival
- Traditional welcome with Romanian plum brandy (țuică), blueberry liqueur (afinată), mulled wine and traditional poale-n brâu pastries.
- 18:00 – Buffet dinner: traditional rustic platters, mixed grill, country-style potatoes, pickles, poale-n brâu pastries and more.
30 December 2026
- 08:00 – 11:00: organic buffet breakfast.
- Weather permitting, optional activities include a sleigh ride, visits to the monasteries in the area, skiing or sledding, and leisure activities at the Ariniș Complex.
- 18:00 – Buffet dinner: cold platters, salads, hot main dishes, side dishes and dessert.
- Folk programme and traditional Bucovina customs.
31 December 2026 – New Year's Eve
- 08:00 – 11:00: organic buffet breakfast.
- Optional activities, depending on weather conditions.
- Traditional New Year's performance by local urători.
- 20:00 – Festive New Year's Eve dinner.
- Party with DJ MIHAI.
- Happy New Year 2027! Fireworks and bonfire.
1 January 2027
- 11:00 – 14:00: organic buffet breakfast and traditional ciorbă de potroace.
- 18:00 – Buffet dinner: cold platters, salads, hot dishes, fish, side dishes and dessert.
- Traditional performance by a folk dance ensemble.
2 January 2027 – Departure
- 08:00 – 11:00: organic buffet breakfast.

New Year 2027 Rates
- Children aged 0–4: free when sharing a room with two adults; 920 RON with an extra bed.
- Children aged 4–12: 1,500 RON.
- Children over 12 / third adult sharing a double room: 1,990 RON.
- Apartment: minimum 3 adult packages.
- Rooms are not available for single occupancy.
Booking conditions
- A 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking.
- The remaining 50% must be paid by 1 December 2026.
- The deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
